WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
We are a small company and we try to go to the post office as often as possible. In a normal period, we go to post office once a week. It is different for the stickers as they made on order (see bellow). During the sale, if we had a lot of orders, we do it more often (during Christmas time we send packages the day after it was ordered). Sorry, we are not Amazon, we have no drones.
For stickers, we are working under the order, that allow you to choose the color and sizes. But it means we have no stock, so when your order a sticker, we need to produce it, and so on, it takes some time. Usually, to produce, pack and send a sticker, it takes around 10 to 14 days, then it needs to fly until your place... Think of it if you order it for gift...
Please also consider that we are a small business and this delay can be different during the holiday season or if we are traveling.
I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE ON THE PHOTO?
It is possible that you find differences for products whose raw materials and the manufacturing process affect the final result: this is particularly the case for handcrafted products.

For stickers, regrettably, color charts are never 100% accurate. Vinyl has a glossy finish. Black and white are with a matt finish.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU OFFER?
Online payments are processed by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. When you check out items on our website, you can either:
1 - Pay using your PayPal account, OR
2 - Pay by credit card.

CAN I USE PREVIOUS LOGIN AND PASS FROM PREVIOUS MR CUP SHOP?
From November 2012 to November 2016, the Mr Cup shop was on a different address and system. On November 2016 it moves to Shopify system, so on you can not use previous login information.

Yes. Unless required to do so by law, we will never share your personal information with third parties. Please note, as all online payments are processed by PayPal, we do not know, and cannot retain any information relating to the credit card or bank account used for these payments.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. That original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make things right.
WHAT HAPPEN IF I DO NOT GET MY ORDER?
If you received the shipping confirmation email and you did not get your order after 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com. The tracking of the item runs only for 30 days so after this delay we could not know where it is. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if you do not get it, we may resend with extra post costs.
